Use the form below to submit a preliminary McMurray Urban Market vendor application online for your community group. Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo staff will follow up with eligible applicants to complete signed documents, including vendor rules & regulations and a waiver & indemnity agreement, and collect proof of insurance and any applicable food permits.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a community or non-for-profit organization.


Vendors must hold valid commercial general liability insurance coverage in the amount of at least $2 million that covers their operations and business activities, the activities of their employees and contractors and the products they sell. Insurance can also be purchased on a per-market basis, which will be charged as part of the invoice.


Note: The Jubilee Plaza site will be available for setup two hours prior to the market’s opening time and two hours after the market’s closing time to facilitate cleanup.
