Urban Market Vendor Application
Use the form below to submit a preliminary McMurray Urban Market vendor application online. Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo staff will follow up with eligible applicants to complete signed documents, including vendor rules & regulations and a waiver & indemnity agreement, and collect proof of insurance and any applicable food permits.

- Priority will be given to primary producers (The individual, their family member or a staff member make, bake, raise or grow the products).
- Vendors will be chosen to create a good Market Mix (selection of product).
- Vendors must be in good standing with Alberta Health Services and have all applicable permits and licenses as well as adequate insurance.
- Priority will be given to Vendors who commit to all market dates.
Single stalls (10x10’) will be charged at a daily rate of $35 + GST. Double stalls (10x20’) and truck stalls will be charged at a daily rate of $70 + GST. Payment directions will be provided to those offered a space at the market. Payment will be used to confirm vendor participation.
Tent Rentals (Optional)
All vendors are required to have a 10x10' tent and weights in order to participate in the market. Tent rentals are available, but supply is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis (limit of one tent per vendor, per market). The rental includes a table, tent and the appropriate tent weights. Rentals are charged in addition to the stall fees at a daily rate of $50 + GST.
Vendors must hold valid commercial general liability insurance coverage in the amount of at least $2 million that covers their operations and business activities, the activities of their employees and contractors and the products they sell. Insurance can also be purchased on a per-market basis, which will be charged as part of the invoice.
